York College offers over 60 undergraduate majors and several graduate programs across its three schools: the School of Arts & Sciences, the School of Business & Information Systems, and the School of Health Sciences and Professional Programs. Notable programs include Health Professions (especially Nursing and Physician Assistant programs), Business Administration, Psychology, Social Work, and Aviation Management. The college is also home to the CUNY Aviation Institute and the Northeast Regional Office and Laboratory of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Campus & Location
The 50-acre urban campus in Jamaica, Queens, features an Academic Core Building, a 1,500-seat Performing Arts Center, a Health and Physical Education facility with a gymnasium and swimming pool, and various other academic and athletic facilities. While York College does not offer on-campus housing, it is well-served by public transportation, including subway lines (E, J, Z trains to Parsons-Archer/Jamaica Center), numerous bus routes, and the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) at Jamaica Station. The college is actively exploring a shuttle van service to further enhance transportation for students and staff.
