Abdullah Gül University

Abdullah Gül University (AGU) is a public university in Kayseri, Turkey, established in 2010. It aims to be a research and teaching institution of international standards, playing a key role in its development with a focus on innovation and creativity. AGU admitted its first students in the 2013-2014 academic year and offers a unique academic and culturally immersive experience.

AGU's Career and Professional Development Office offers guidance, placement, and monitoring programs to support students and graduates in their career paths. The university aims for at least 80% of its graduates to be employed within 12 months of graduation, a goal consistently met with rates of 92.70% in 2023 and 82.12% in 2024. This success is attributed to academic guidance, career mentoring, and strong industry partnerships. The Alumni Office also provides career support, including guidance on job changes and professional development, and referred over 5,000 students for job interviews in 2024.
