Mahasarakham University

Mahasarakham University (MSU) is a comprehensive public university in Maha Sarakham, Thailand, known for its rapid growth and commitment to academic excellence. Established in 1968, it has become a significant educational hub in the northeastern region of Thailand, often referred to as the "Taxila of Isan." The city of Maha Sarakham is about 470 kilometers from Bangkok and is known as a center for education. The university promotes eco-friendly transportation with electric trams and buses circulating around the Kham Riang campus. While the city itself offers a local Thai experience, transportation to and from major hubs like Bangkok is available via bus, train, or flights to nearby airports in Khon Kaen or Roi Et.
