Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Gunung Djati (UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung or UIN SGD Bandung) is a state Islamic university located in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. Established on April 8, 1968, it plays a significant role in developing Islamic and social sciences, aiming to address contemporary issues within the framework of Islamic values. UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung has three campuses. Campus I is located on Jalan AH Nasution No. 105, Cipadung, Cibiru, Bandung. Campus II is on Jalan Cimencrang, Gedebage, and Campus III is on Jalan Raya Cileunyi. Bandung, often called "Paris van Java" and "Kota Kembang" (Flower City), is known for its cooler climate, beautiful architecture, and vibrant student life. The city offers a rich culinary scene, ranging from traditional street food to Western and fusion cuisine. Public transportation, primarily "angkot" minibuses, provides access throughout the city.
