Caritas Institute of Higher Education

Caritas Institute of Higher Education (CIHE), now known as Saint Francis University (SFU) since January 2024, is a private university in Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong. Established in 1985 as Caritas Francis Hsu College, it has evolved to offer a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
