Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU), formerly known as the Open University of Hong Kong, is a public university established by the Hong Kong government in 1989. It has evolved from a distance learning institution to a comprehensive university offering a wide range of full-time programs. Ho Man Tin is well-connected by public transport, including the MTR Ho Man Tin Station, and various bus routes. While primarily residential, the area offers easy access to vibrant districts like Mong Kok and attractions such as the Temple Street Night Market.
