Campus & Location

The University of Peloponnese has its headquarters in Tripoli and is spread across five capitals of the Peloponnese prefectures: Tripoli, Corinth, Nafplion, Sparta, Kalamata, and also in Patras. Tripoli, the administrative capital of the Peloponnese region, offers a quieter and more traditional Greek student experience, known for its central square, Areos Square, and historical landmarks. Public transportation is well-developed, and local markets provide affordable produce. The university's multi-campus structure allows students to experience diverse aspects of Greek culture and history.

Career Outcomes

While specific employment rates are not readily available, the University of Peloponnese has re-established a Career Office to support graduates with career planning, postgraduate studies, scholarships, CV preparation, and interview counseling. The Career Office aims to enhance professional opportunities by connecting graduates with the labor market. Graduates of certain departments, such as Philology, have recognized professional rights and can work in secondary education, the public sector, or cultural institutions, with the department providing a Certificate of Pedagogical and Didactic Competence. The university fosters academic networking and research collaborations, which can benefit career prospects.
