Royal Academy of Music, Aarhus/Aalborg

The Royal Academy of Music, Aarhus/Aalborg (Det Jyske Musikkonservatorium) is a state institution under the Danish Ministry of Culture, dedicated to higher education in music and the promotion of musical culture in Denmark. Established in its current form in 2010 through a merger of the Aarhus and Aalborg academies, its programs hold national and international recognition. The Aarhus department is situated within the Concert Hall Aarhus, offering access to various concert halls, teaching and rehearsal rooms, and recording studios, with 24/7 student access. The city also features historical areas like the Latin Quarter.
