VID Specialized University

VID Specialized University is a private, non-profit institution in Norway with a rich history dating back to 1843 through its founding colleges. Established in its current form in 2016, VID is committed to "humanity – locally and globally" and focuses on education and research in health, social sciences, community studies, management, diaconia, and theology. The university aims to achieve full university status by 2028.
